Haas addresses the challenges of a declining suction output from painting facilities and the constant changing of filter fleece, overspray filters and overspray separation mats.

We set out to develop an environmentally friendly and reusable overspray filter. Corresponding tests in paint booths have led to positive results.

The overspray filter enables forced air extraction through cascades. Thereby, spraying paint mist directly on the filter paper is no longer possible, resulting in a much longer life of the filter fleece.
The overspray is retained by the separator and ensures a constant output of the painting system. Thus, our plastic overspray separator is the ideal filter for painting booths and an alternative to filter fleece.
